Transcription: Keeping the eyes up, slowly lift the chest up as high as you can toward the ceiling. Lower the chest back to the starting position. Continue to relax until you feel the ribs expand. Keep the lower back down on the mat and repeat. Your chest should lift before the head or neck or hands. Also make sure your hands are supporting your head rather than pulling it. Your head should feel as if it has fallen into your hands.
